About MaximPro
Retail software written from the shop floor inward.
Most retail systems start at the accounting close and push outward, so store teams keep a second set of records on paper. MaximPro starts in the aisle, at the dock and at the till, and lets the ledger follow. One inventory, one customer record, GST with HSN on every item.

How we decide what to build
Four rules the product is held to.
The floor never stops
Connectivity drops. Tills still ring, counts still record, transfers still submit. Documents queue on the device and sync when signal returns, without duplicates.
One inventory, or it is not one system
The shelf, the till, the handheld and the delivery basket read the same stock. If they can disagree, you have four databases and a reconciliation problem.
Capture it where it happens
Most stock error is timing error: the transfer typed up hours later, the count keyed in next morning. Every transaction is captured where and when it occurs.
A submitted document is evidence
Transfers lock. Processed invoices lock. Orders cannot fall below what was received. Every document carries its device, user and timestamp.
Where it is running
Hypermarket floors, not slide decks.
Seven Taj Hypermarket stores run transfers, stock taking, purchasing, receiving, returns and shop-floor sales on MaximOps running on PDT handhelds, online or offline, every document traced to a device, user and time.
