Do I need to install anything?
No. The Cloud Portal runs in any modern browser at online.maximpro.ai. Stores bill on Retail Desktop and sync to it.
Who sees what?
Roles and permissions per department, with separate portal and app access. A user sees only the modules, stores and warehouses assigned to them.
Can I file GST returns from the portal?
The portal gives GST input and output summaries and detail reports to support filing. Statutory filing stays with your accountant.
What does the AI chat answer?
Questions over your own business data: sales, top items, cashier performance, low stock, credit customer payments, footfall. It depends on the AI service being configured for your organization.
