Pricing questions
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
No. GST at the applicable rate is added on the invoice, which carries our GSTIN so you can claim input credit where eligible.
What counts as an outlet, and what does 'tills included' mean?
One store or warehouse with its own stock. Each outlet picks a tier; a chain can mix tiers. Tills are the Retail Desktop counters licensed at that outlet: Store one, Chain three, Enterprise unlimited.
Can I buy the desktop once and never pay monthly?
Yes. The perpetual licence is Retail Desktop on your own store PC, fully offline, one-time price. Updates and support are included for the first year; annual maintenance from year two. Cloud can be added for that outlet later at the tier price.
